Reception Internship: 4-Star Hotel in Costa del Sol, Spain (€300/month, Accommodation & Meals Included)

Role Highlights:
As a Hotel Reception Intern, you will:

• Greet and welcome customers, handle face-to-face inquiries, and manage check-in and check-out procedures.

• Be responsible for planning and organising group arrivals, and processing group reservations in accordance with hotel policy.

• Manage tourist information in several languages, assist with reception management, and handle international phone reception.

• Meet diverse customer needs, solve problems, and help maintain a clean and tidy reception area.

• Assist with document organisation for reception and hotel management.

By the End of the Internship:
You will gain practical experience in hotel reception and front office operations, developing essential customer service and organisational skills. This internship offers you the necessary experience to begin your international career in hospitality within a highly evolving field. Who You Are:

• You possess intermediate levels of English, Spanish, and French/German.

• A Training Agreement signed by your educational institution is required.
