How does the referral commission structure work?

Commission structures are agreed individually based on referral volume, student type (EU vs non-EU), and service package selected. Typical referral fees range from 8% to 15% of the student's service package fee. Volume incentives apply for partners sending more than 20 students per academic year.

Do we need to sign a long-term contract to become a partner?

No. Partnership agreements are typically structured as annual or rolling arrangements with a 30-day notice period. We start with a 30-minute discovery call, followed by a tailored agreement. First partnerships often begin with a pilot cohort of 3–5 students before scaling to a larger volume commitment.

What Erasmus+ documentation support do you provide to institutional partners?

We prepare all Erasmus+ documentation required by the sending institution: Learning Agreements, Hosting Agreements, mid-term evaluations, final participant reports, and Mobility Tool data entries. We coordinate directly with your Erasmus+ office to meet your specific grant deadlines and formatting requirements.

Can we co-brand landing pages or program materials with Spain Internship?

Yes. Active partners receive co-branded landing pages, joint marketing materials, and access to shared program descriptions for your website and student communications. High-volume partners can integrate our vacancy feed via API or shared dashboard for real-time placement availability.

What housing options can housing provider partners offer our students?

We currently partner with Sevilla Rooms and Residencia Sevilla Triana in Seville. Housing partners in Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, and Málaga are also part of our accommodation referral network. Students receive guaranteed availability during peak Erasmus+ intake periods (September and February).

How are US-based J-1 visa placements handled within the partnership model?

We partner with Internships USA for J-1 visa internship placements in the US, available to Spanish and European students seeking North American experience. This partnership extends our offering to agents and universities that manage both outbound (Spain) and inbound (USA) mobility programmes for their students.

How long does the onboarding process take for a new partner?

After the initial discovery call and agreement signature, onboarding typically takes 1–2 weeks. You receive a dedicated partner coordinator, onboarding training materials, access to our partner portal, and co-branded resources. First student referrals can be processed immediately after onboarding is complete.
