FAQ
Questions from partner institutions.
What is Spain Internship's role for an educational institution?+
We act as your intermediary body in Spain. We source and quality-check host companies, draft Learning Agreements and tripartite conventions, coordinate group arrivals, provide on-the-ground pastoral care, run mid-term and final evaluations, and issue Europass Mobility certificates. One coordinator owns your project end-to-end.
Which institutions do you work with?+
We partner with over 500 universities, VET centres, high schools and adult-education providers across 30+ European countries — from Finland to Portugal, including public universities, private business schools, agricultural colleges, hospitality academies and specialised technology institutes.
Can you handle KA1 group mobilities?+
Yes. Group mobilities (5+ students from the same institution) are our specialism. We coordinate shared accommodation, arrival transfers, cultural programmes, Spanish classes and group evaluations — while still individually matching each participant to a host company appropriate for their study field.
Do you support job shadowing for teachers and staff?+
Yes. Under Erasmus+ KA1 staff mobility we host individual and group job-shadowing visits (typically 1–2 weeks) in Spanish schools, VET centres and companies. Agendas are custom-built around your institution's accreditation plan and professional-development goals.
How far in advance should we plan a group mobility?+
For groups of 10 or more, allow 4 to 6 months from first contact to arrival — this gives time for host matching, Learning Agreements, accommodation booking and travel arrangements. Smaller groups and short-term VET mobilities can be organised in 2 to 3 months.
Do you provide accommodation for group mobilities?+
Yes. We book shared apartments, student residences or hotel dorms depending on group size and budget. All accommodation is inspected by our local team and meets the EU Quality Framework for Traineeships standards on safety and privacy.
Which Erasmus+ Key Actions do you cover?+
KA131 (mobility between programme countries), KA171 (partner-country mobility, e.g. Latin America, Balkans, Southern Neighbourhood), and KA1 VET learner and staff mobilities. We also run POCH-funded Portuguese cohorts and DAAD-funded German projects.
What deliverables do we get?+
Signed Learning Agreements, tripartite conventions, host company factsheets, mid-term and final evaluations, individual and group Europass Mobility certificates, dissemination photos and video, and a final report ready to attach to your Beneficiary Module.
