Spanish is the native language of over 480 million people and one of the most widely spoken languages on earth. Learning it inside Spain — surrounded by native speakers in real daily situations — is measurably faster than any online or classroom-only programme. Spain Internship's Spanish courses are designed specifically for international students, interns, and Erasmus+ participants who want structured lessons alongside their broader experience in the country.
Courses are available in six major cities: Barcelona, Madrid, Seville, Valencia, Malaga, and additional locations on request. All programmes use CEFR methodology (A1 to C2) with qualified native instructors who focus on practical communication from day one. Group lessons run 15 to 25 hours per week in our intensive format, while lighter options of 5–10 hours per week are available for students with internship or academic commitments during the day.
A key practical benefit is the official documentation. Every enrolled student receives a CEFR level certificate and an official enrolment letter recognised by Spanish consulates worldwide. For non-EU students applying for a student visa, this paperwork is often a required component of the consulate file. Spain Internship can also prepare apostilled and translated versions of enrolment documents for submissions to consulates that require them.
Who these courses are for
Our Spanish courses attract a wide range of international students, but they are particularly well suited to three groups. First: non-EU students preparing a student visa application, for whom official enrolment documentation is a legal requirement. Second: Erasmus+ participants arriving in Spain who want a structured language foundation before their mobility begins. Third: internship students who want to function confidently in a Spanish professional environment — reading emails, joining team meetings, and communicating with clients or colleagues in Spanish.
