Role Overview

This Architectural & Interior Design Internship offers hands-on experience in luxury real estate development. You will actively contribute to a high-profile 10-house project in Marbella, supporting architects and interior designers with trend research, technical drawings, material selection, and visual presentations. This role is perfect for students seeking practical exposure to architectural project management, interior consultancy, and real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on contemporary architectural and interior design trends for luxury residential properties in Marbella.
• Assist in creating technical drawings, 2D plans, and 3D visualizations using industry-standard software.
• Support the interior design team with material selection, finishes, and furnishings tailored to high-end projects.
• Develop visual presentations and mood boards to communicate design concepts effectively to clients and collaborators.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of design and construction standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and updates for ongoing construction and interior projects.

Candidate Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Architectural Technology, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Legal authorization to work in Spain (DNI, valid NIE, or VISA).
• Basic knowledge of construction regulations, technical specifications, and building codes.
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D drawing; experience with BIM modelling is a strong advantage.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
