Hospitality & Guest Services Internship – Seville, Spain

With a strong international clientele, it’s the perfect place to learn about Spanish hospitality standards and develop multilingual customer service skills.
Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly and proactive Hospitality Intern to support our front desk and guest experience team. You’ll be the face of the hotel for many guests and will learn how to handle real-life hospitality operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out
- Provide information about the hotel, Seville, and nearby attractions
- Support reception and reservations via email, phone, and in-person
- Help coordinate guest services and communicate with other departments
- Assist with basic administrative and back-office tasks
Requirements
- Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or Languages student
- English: B2 level minimum; Spanish is a big plus
- Positive, service-minded, and ready to learn
- Eligible for Erasmus+ or a university internship program
- Availability: minimum 3 months
