Program options by profile
The intern programme (up to 12 months) is designed for current university students and graduates within 12 months of completing their degree. The trainee programme (up to 18 months) is for degree-holders with at least 1 year of directly related work experience, or professionals with 5+ years of experience in their field. Both tracks are open to all nationalities.
Placements span New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Orlando, Chicago, and other major U.S. cities. Business and management roles carry a guaranteed stipend of $500/month (2–6 months) or $1,000/month (12 months). Hospitality and tourism positions typically pay $1,400–$2,500/month, with many employers providing subsidised on-site housing.

How the process works

Costs and fees
- Programme fee: €1,800 (2–6 months) or €2,200 (7–12 months) + €300 registration
- Health insurance required by U.S. law: $95/month (approx.)
- U.S. embassy MRV fee: $160; SEVIS fee: $35 (not included)
- Flights and personal expenses are not included in the programme fee
- Partial DS-2019 fee refund if your J-1 visa application is denied
- Extensions possible via a new DS-2019 at additional cost
