Role Overview

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable front-desk and administrative experience within a student residence located in the heart of Madrid's Barrio de Salamanca, a safe and pleasant neighborhood. As a key member of the team, you will assist students with their arrival and departure processes, ensuring they have a smooth transition into their new home. You will also be instrumental in resolving any questions or concerns students may have, making this role essential to their experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support students during their check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth transition into and out of the residence.
• Provide prompt and professional assistance to students with any inquiries they may have regarding their stay.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining student records and managing booking systems.
• Help manage common areas and ensure they are maintained to the highest standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth running of the residence.
• Support with back-office duties as needed, helping to ensure efficient operations behind the scenes.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous administrative or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Fluency in English is required; Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Must be a current student or recent graduate, seeking an internship to gain practical experience.
