Role Overview

As a Strategic Business Analyst Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to support our growth initiatives in a fast-paced, technology-forward luxury real estate company. You will be involved in critical data analysis, customer behaviour assessment, and financial modelling, working alongside the Chief Financial Officer to develop strategies that drive success.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data from various online platforms to support business decisions
• Conduct detailed customer behaviour analysis to uncover actionable insights
• Perform financial analysis and assist in maintaining financial models
• Support management by preparing reports and presentations that inform strategic decisions
• Work closely with the CFO to develop financial strategies and support growth objectives
• Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business success

Candidate Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills
• Excellent proficiency in mathematics and data analysis techniques
• Self-motivated, organised, and detail-oriented with a passion for technology and business
• Prior experience with Google Analytics or in a data analysis-related field is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to work with large data sets and perform complex calculations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present data clearly in PowerPoint presentations
