Paid Hotel Reception Internship in Barcelona, Spain

Role Highlights:
As a Hotel Reception Intern, you will be the main point of contact for welcoming clients, ensuring they feel unique from arrival to departure. You will assist the shift manager with various reception tasks, with a strong focus on customer service. Key responsibilities include check-in and check-out, managing the cash register, advising clients during their stay, and supporting the reservation department. Your creativity and talent will be used to facilitate the client's stay and create a "WOW" experience.

By the End of the Internship:
You will develop excellent customer service, front desk operations, and cash management skills within a hotel environment. This position offers a monthly stipend, accommodation, free parking, free coffee, tea, and fruit, plus free lunch or dinner during working hours. You will also learn to appreciate and act on feedback, enhancing your professional development.

Internship Details:

• Duration: 10th September 2024 to 30th April 2025
• Hours: 40 hours/week in rotative shifts (07:00-15:00 and 15:00-23:00)
• Remuneration: 400-500 € plus acommodation
