Role Overview

As a Luxury Property Management Assistant Intern, you will support the smooth operation of high-end villas and premium accommodations. You will be involved in property inspections, creating detailed villa guides, coordinating client services such as airport transfers and holiday planning, and ensuring that every guest receives impeccable service. This role is perfect for students interested in property management, hospitality, and luxury travel services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections and ensure villas meet luxury standards.
• Create comprehensive villa books detailing property features and guest information.
• Coordinate a wide range of client services, including airport meet-and-greets and holiday arrangements.
• Assist in managing guest requests and ensure exceptional service quality at all times.
• Support operational logistics and property maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth communication and client satisfaction.
• Document processes and contribute to service improvements for high-end property management.

Candidate Requirements

• Currently studying Business, Tourism, or Hospitality Management.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); intermediate French or Spanish is a plus.
• Minimum commitment of 5 months and possession of a valid driving license.
• Highly organized, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, client-focused attitude.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards in all tasks.
• Knowledge of Ibiza’s local area and culture is an advantage.
