Role Overview

As an International Travel Agent Intern in Queretaro, Mexico, you will have the unique opportunity to directly contribute to the planning and execution of travel arrangements for both individual and group tours. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of travel arrangements for individual and group tours to destinations across Mexico and Central America.

• Prepare detailed travel itineraries, including accommodation, transport, and activities, ensuring seamless experiences for clients.
• Support the reservation process, handling hotel and flight bookings while ensuring all logistical aspects are covered.
• Assist with the creation and updates of engaging content for the company’s website, improving user experience and client engagement.
• Handle invoice management and ensure all payments are processed smoothly and accurately.

Candidate Requirements

• Passionate about travel and interested in gaining experience in the tourism industry.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in managing travel bookings and customer requests.
• Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of travel industry software is a plus.
