Role Overview

This internship offers diverse roles within our organisation, each designed to help you develop essential skills while contributing to the growth of our global language solutions business. Whether you're focusing on sales and marketing, translation, or project coordination, this opportunity will immerse you in the language services industry and give you the chance to work with global clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales/Marketing Intern: Focus on internet marketing, database management, data mining, and email marketing campaigns. You will conduct internet research, assist with recruiting, and contribute to special projects, playing a key role in driving business growth.
• Translation/Project Coordinator Intern: Work within the Translation Department, sourcing projects, performing database blasts, editing, delivering projects, managing web postings, word counts, certifications, and order entries. Your efforts will help streamline the department's workflow and ensure smooth project execution.
• Translation/Interpreting Project Coordinator (Dual Role): Perform tasks in both the Translation and Interpreting Departments. In addition to translation duties, you will schedule assignments, communicate with interpreters and clients (e.g., law firms, court reporting agencies), send confirmations, enter jobs into QuickBooks, and source interpreters. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining strong relationships between all parties.

• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in digital tools and platforms
• Strong command of written English and grammar
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and prioritise effectively
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interest in international business and cross-cultural communication
• A business communications background is highly valued
• Being a team player with a positive attitude is essential, especially for coordinator roles
• Sales/Marketing/Business major is a plus for the Sales/Marketing role
