Role Overview

As a Financial Associate Trainee, you will take on immediate responsibility in managing the company’s financial operations. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Manage billing processes, invoice payments, and refunds, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for finance-related inquiries within the team and with external partners such as tax advisors or government tax offices.
• Conduct accounting control tasks, including updating liquidity forecasts and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Create comprehensive financial reports, including BWA, to support management decision-making.
• Assist in establishing internal budgeting frameworks and KPI tracking systems to enhance financial planning.

Candidate Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Strong interest in financial data, analysis, and digital health industry operations.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting software or financial reporting tools.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in financial tasks.
• Effective communication skills to interact confidently with internal teams and external partners.
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to take ownership of financial responsibilities.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
