Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end closing procedures and the preparation of financial statements
• Analyze Balance Sheet and Income Statement accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure proper cash flow management
• Record daily sales and track inventory entries for accurate reporting
• Manage cash administration and ensure compliance with company policies
• Support inter-company reconciliation and assist with sales and use tax preparation
• Assist with budget planning, cash flow forecasting, and processing of accounts payable and receivable invoices

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Business Management, Accounting, or related fields
• Strong interest and enthusiasm for fashion, with an eagerness to learn about the fashion industry
• Attention to detail and the ability to work with complex financial data
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in accounting or business administration is a plus, but not required
