Role Overview

You will be responsible for handling administrative tasks including appointment scheduling, payment processing, and managing customer inquiries. Additionally, you’ll have the chance to work on office projects and logistics, gaining exposure to a wide range of business operations within an international team located in Marbella.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service through in-person, phone, and email communication.
• Handle administrative duties including appointment bookings, payment processing, and addressing general inquiries.
