Role Overview

We are offering two exciting internship opportunities designed to provide valuable, real-world experience in Spain:

• Marketing Internship: Focus on creating and maintaining web content, optimizing SEO strategies, managing social media campaigns, and supporting offline and online promotional initiatives. You will also handle reservations and monitor online reputation.
• Reception Internship: Deliver excellent customer support, manage check-in and check-out processes, and assist clients directly in their accommodations. This role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills and practical hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Intern: Generate and maintain engaging web content that enhances user experience and improves SEO performance for tourism-related searches in Spain.
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns, including social media management and audience segmentation.
• Collaborate on offline promotional activities, including design, execution, and follow-up of local and national campaigns.
• Manage online reservations, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Monitor and respond to online reviews, building a strong digital reputation for the company.
• Reception Intern: Provide professional and friendly customer service throughout client interactions, including check-in and check-out processes.
• Assist guests by accompanying them to their accommodations and addressing inquiries to ensure a seamless experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Marketing Intern: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and layout/graphic design software. High level of English or bilingual proficiency. Minimum commitment of 5 months.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, SEO, social media, and content creation within the tourism sector.
• Creative mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Reception Intern: Fluent in English and Spanish, with an additional language considered a plus. Minimum commitment of 5 months.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to different locations and client needs across Spain.
