Role Overview

This exciting internship offers hands-on training to become a Client Success Manager, providing you with the opportunity to manage client learning programs for leading global organizations. As a Client Success Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation and execution of learning initiatives, enhancing client satisfaction, and driving program improvements. You'll work closely with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality educational services.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a project manager, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of client learning programs.
• Act as a change manager, driving program enhancements and ensuring alignment with client needs.
• Analyze program data and outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
• Set clear KPIs and track progress to measure success against client expectations.
• Provide detailed reporting on program outcomes, client feedback, and program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve program delivery and results.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong interest in education, client management, and project coordination.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and contribute to a global team.
• Prior experience in customer service or project management is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model (in-office and remote work).
