Role Overview

As a Booking Agent Intern within our Groups and FIT departments, you will play a crucial role in managing daily reservations and ensuring smooth operations for our clients. You will actively search for availability for new bookings, helping to optimise travel experiences while supporting administrative processes that keep our operations efficient and accurate. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily travel reservations using internal booking systems with precision and efficiency.
• Proactively search for and secure availability for new group and individual bookings.
• Handle essential administrative tasks including filing, record-keeping, and routine system checks.
• Prepare detailed reports to support team decisions and operational planning.
• Coordinate deliveries and ensure timely handling of documentation and travel materials.
• Support the team in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and smooth workflow.

Candidate Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
• Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple bookings and administrative tasks.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
