Why work with us
A local receiving partner your IRO can rely on
We have been a receiving organisation for Erasmus+ traineeship mobility since 2009. Over the past decade our team has hosted students and teachers from more than 180 sending universities and VET schools across the EU and neighbouring Programme Countries. That volume matters: it means our coordinators know exactly which quality checks each National Agency runs, how to fill the Beneficiary Module, and where the Online Learning Agreement typically breaks down between approval steps.
On the ground we run a network of vetted host companies across Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, Málaga, Seville and Bilbao — plus regional coverage in Galicia, the Basque Country and the Balearic Islands for niche placements. Every host organisation signs our quality charter, commits to a named workplace tutor and agrees to submit the Traineeship Certificate through the OLA at the end of the mobility. This is what makes the ECHE reporting straightforward for your institution and keeps your monitoring visits focused on students, not paperwork.
For group mobilities, cohorts of 8 to 60 students are our sweet spot. We coordinate arrivals, a shared cultural programme, an intercultural workshop at week one, and mid-stay reflection sessions so your dissemination portfolio is ready before the return flight. For Blended Intensive Programs (BIP), we can host the physical component in Andalusia and support the virtual component with recorded sector talks from host companies. Whatever the format, your IRO stays in control of the grant agreement and academic assessment; we take everything else off your plate.

FAQ
Erasmus+ coordinators ask us
Which Erasmus+ actions can we run with you?
KA131 and KA171 student mobility for traineeships (SMT), blended intensive programs (BIP) and short-term VET mobility. We work as receiving partner; your institution keeps the grant agreement and formal reporting to your National Agency.
How far in advance should we plan a group mobility?
Four to six months is comfortable for cohorts of 10-30 students. Individual mobilities usually need 8-10 weeks so we can match host companies, sign the Learning Agreement and confirm accommodation.
Do you sign the Online Learning Agreement (OLA)?
Yes. As the receiving organization we sign the OLA in the Erasmus Dashboard, keep it updated during any changes and issue the Traineeship Certificate at the end of the mobility.
Which languages do host companies work in?
Most placements are in English. We also match Spanish-, French-, German- and Italian-speaking students with companies where those languages are used daily — useful in tourism, translation and customer support roles.
Do you provide monitoring and evaluation reports?
Yes: mid-term check-in, final evaluation with the host tutor, plus a dissemination kit (photos, testimonials, quality template) your IRO can reuse in the Beneficiary Module and internal reports.
Can students combine the traineeship with a Spanish course?
Yes — we offer a 20h/week survival Spanish course before or during the mobility, delivered by an accredited Instituto Cervantes school. It can be added to the OLA as a linguistic support activity.
