Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Technical Support Intern to collaborate closely with our Software Developers, Product Managers, and Sales teams. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in improving service quality for our partners by providing exceptional technical support and contributing to our language interpreter platform's success. This internship will allow you to gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and enhancing the user experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first/second-tier technical support to partners using our language interpreter platform, ensuring quick and effective resolutions to issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address escalated cases and improve service delivery.
• Utilise industry-standard software such as Jira, Zendesk, and Salesforce to manage and resolve technical support cases.
• Update and maintain self-help documentation, ensuring accurate and clear guidance for users.
• Contribute valuable insights to product development by relaying user feedback and identifying recurring pain points.
• Enhance communication and presentation skills through high-level interactions with company partners and stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

• A strong interest in technology and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Familiarity with industry-standard support software (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, Salesforce) is desirable, but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
