This internship is perfect for enthusiastic individuals eager to develop skills in sports event coordination and . You will support event managers in planning and executing a diverse range of activities, from sports such as gymnastics, beach volleyball, football, water polo, bowling, darts, mini-golf, and esports, to leading recreational activities like dance classes and crafts, and engaging in cultural experiences such as guided tours. Evening programs include participation in cabaret shows, talent nights, and public relation events, giving you a 360° view of entertainment management in a vibrant setting.Key Responsibilities
- Assist event managers in planning and coordinating daily sports and recreational activities across multiple locations in Alicante and Valencia.
- Lead and supervise sports sessions, including gymnastics, football, beach volleyball, water polo, mini-golf, darts, and esports competitions.
- Organize and conduct recreational and cultural programs such as dance workshops, arts and crafts, and guided touristic walks.
- Support evening entertainment events, including cabaret performances, talent shows, and interactive competitions, enhancing participants’ engagement.
- Ensure smooth logistics, safety, and participant satisfaction during all activities.
- Collaborate closely with the entertainment team, providing ideas, feedback, and active participation in all events.
Candidate Requirements
- Good command of English to communicate effectively with international participants and team members.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead groups and motivate participants.
- Interest in sports, cultural activities, and event management, with a proactive and flexible mindset.
- Available to start as soon as possible for a minimum duration of 2 months, committing to 40 hours per week.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse entertainment team under supervision of a dedicated tutor.
- Enthusiasm for learning, creativity, and contributing to a fun and dynamic environment.
- Adaptability to multi-location work in Alicante and Valencia, with on-site accommodation and meals provided.
