Role Overview

As a Software Tester Intern, you will actively contribute to the Projects Department by performing both manual and automated software testing. Your daily activities will include managing and developing databases, conducting detailed data analysis, and participating in business meetings. You will maintain integrity in IT development issue tracking systems, ensuring adherence to established procedures, while providing clear daily and weekly progress reports. This internship offers a unique opportunity to understand software testing lifecycle and project workflows in a dynamic IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive manual and automated software testing processes for multiple projects.
• Manage and develop databases to ensure data integrity and efficiency.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, errors, and areas for improvement.
• Attend business and project meetings to provide IT insights and updates.
• Maintain and update IT development issue tracking systems according to company procedures.
• Create and deliver detailed daily and weekly testing and project reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent in Bulgarian with business-level proficiency and a strong command of English.
• Basic understanding of project management principles (desirable but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in various software testing types, including regression, UAT, and automated testing.
• Ability to work confidently with large datasets and perform detailed data analysis.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, including Macros, formulae, and data import functions.
• Knowledge of IT tools and technologies such as VB.Net (basic), DB, SQL, Microsoft Reporting Services, SOAP Web Services, JSON, REST, C#, and C++ (desirable).
• Strong analytical thinking, creativity, problem-solving skills, decision-making ability, and the capacity to work independently.
