Role Overview

As an intern at our academy, you will be immersed in a rewarding educational experience, teaching English to a diverse range of students, from young learners to adults. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards earning a Level 5 TEFL qualification. Your responsibilities will include planning, teaching, and evaluating English lessons in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to students of various ages and levels
• Teach key grammar concepts and help students improve their conversational English skills
• Administer placement tests and evaluate students' language proficiency levels
• Conduct student evaluations and provide constructive feedback on their progress
• Assist with grading assignments and tracking student progress throughout the course
• Participate in teacher training sessions and receive mentorship to improve your teaching abilities

Candidate Requirements

• A high level of English proficiency (B2-C2); Spanish is a plus
• Passion for teaching and a desire to help students achieve their language learning goals
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students and colleagues
• Interest in developing professionally within the education sector
• Previous experience teaching or tutoring is advantageous but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
