Role Overview

As a Global English Language Teaching Assistant, you will immerse yourself in the teaching process, assisting with lesson preparation, classroom management, and student engagement. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the class teacher in the planning and preparation of engaging English lessons.
• Provide individualised support to students during English classes, ensuring their academic success.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and school projects, helping to enrich student life.
• Supervise students during classroom sessions and recess, ensuring a safe and productive environment.
• Assist in the correction of homework and assessments, providing valuable feedback to students.
• Contribute to the creation of teaching materials and resources to enhance learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with teachers in the organisation of school events and special activities.
• Foster a positive and motivating environment, encouraging students to excel.

Candidate Requirements

• University student or recent graduate in Education, English Philology, Linguistics, Languages, or related fields.
• TEFL/TESOL certification (preferred but not essential).
• Advanced level of English (C1 or higher). Native speakers are a plus.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Passion for teaching and a strong desire to gain practical classroom experience.
