Role Overview

As a Tourism Animation Intern, you will actively engage guests and lead recreational activities including dance shows, games, and interactive events. You will become a key part of the entertainment team, ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience while gaining hands-on exposure to guest relations, activity planning, and event coordination in luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and host daily recreational activities for hotel guests, including dance shows, games, and interactive sessions.
• Engage with guests to create a welcoming and entertaining environment, ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the entertainment team to plan and execute large-scale events smoothly and efficiently.
• Assist in public relations activities, including social interactions and event promotion within the hotel premises.
• Adapt activities to suit diverse audiences, from families to adult groups, enhancing overall guest experience.
• Provide support to the hotel staff in delivering an exceptional and memorable stay for all visitors.

Candidate Requirements

• Extroverted, energetic, and highly motivated with a passion for guest interaction and entertainment.
• Advanced English proficiency is required; Spanish and/or German skills are a strong advantage.
• Available for a minimum of 3 months between 1st March and 31st October.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with international guests and team members.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings and weekends as required by guest programs.
• Ability to lead groups, manage activities, and resolve guest requests efficiently.
• Prior experience in tourism, hospitality, or recreational activity leadership is a plus, though not mandatory.
