Role Overview

As a Resort Animation Intern, you will collaborate closely with our animation team to design and deliver engaging recreational activities and evening entertainment shows. Your focus will be on enhancing guest experiences through lively interaction, high energy, and unforgettable moments. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the tourism and leisure industry in Alicante, providing a platform to apply your creativity while interacting with adult guests from around the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and lead daily recreational activities tailored to adult guests, ensuring fun and engagement.
• Support the animation team in planning and executing evening shows and entertainment events.
• Create a welcoming and energetic environment that enhances the overall guest experience.
• Interact directly with guests, building rapport and fostering memorable experiences.
• Assist in coordinating sports, dance, and leisure activities, adapting to different skill levels.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth flow of events and activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Energetic, joyful, and outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of Spanish or English; additional languages such as French, Dutch, German, or Nordic languages are an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of sports, dance, or recreational activities, or willingness to learn.
• Availability from June to August, with a possible early start in May.
• Passion for working with adult guests and creating enjoyable experiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced resort environment.
• Motivation to develop professional skills in tourism, entertainment, and guest relations.
