Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across social media, email, and retail channels.
• Create visually compelling marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Support the planning and execution of events and in-store promotional displays to boost customer engagement.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media profiles, tracking performance and trends to optimize engagement.
• Conduct detailed market research to identify opportunities, industry trends, and competitive insights.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and retail teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand strategy and objectives.
• Contribute creative ideas for marketing initiatives, from concept to execution.

Candidate Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for campaigns.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for team-based projects.
• A passion for fashion and retail is highly desirable.
