Role Overview
As a UX/UI Design and Web Development Intern, you will be at the heart of shaping user experiences across websites and social media platforms. You will collect user requirements, transform ideas into visual concepts, and produce interactive UI mockups and prototypes. Your work will directly impact the design and functionality of digital platforms, while you collaborate with developers and marketers to implement solutions that are both aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with an international team to develop and enhance the company’s website and social media presence.
- Gather and analyze user requirements to inform intuitive and effective UX/UI designs.
- Create original graphic designs, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for digital platforms.
- Test and troubleshoot user experience issues, adjusting layouts and designs based on feedback.
- Assist in developing engaging visual content for websites and social media campaigns.
- Support cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Digital Design, Graphic Design, or Digital Marketing with a strong design focus.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively in an international team.
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
- Understanding of web development basics including HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic startup environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a creative mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Minimum availability of 6 months for the internship.

Interns will leave the program with a well-rounded skill set and practical experience in UX/UI design and web development. You will have the confidence to conceptualize, design, and implement digital experiences from start to finish.
