Role Overview

This event management internship in Tenerife provides a unique opportunity to participate in the full event lifecycle—from planning and logistics to execution and post-event analysis. You’ll work closely with professional coordinators, suppliers, and clients, helping create unforgettable experiences that combine creativity, organization, and passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate and social events across Tenerife.
• Communicate with venues, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Support in managing logistics such as accommodation, catering, and entertainment arrangements.
• Contribute creative ideas for event themes, décor, and marketing materials.
• Participate in on-site event setup, coordination, and guest assistance.
• Prepare reports and feedback summaries for post-event evaluations.

Candidate Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Event Management, Tourism, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Creative mindset with a proactive attitude and problem-solving approach.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
• Available for a minimum of 3 months.
• Eligible for an Erasmus+ or similar internship mobility program.
