Role Overview

In this part-time English teacher internship in Spain, you’ll lead engaging one-to-one, 30-minute conversational English classes for adult learners. After a comprehensive first-week training in our signature teaching methods, you’ll deliver tailored lessons that build confidence and practical language skills, all while immersing yourself in Spanish culture through daily interactions with colleagues and students.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach one-to-one, 30-minute conversational English sessions to adult learners.
• Complete structured training on the Academy’s proven teaching methodology during week one.
• Design and adapt lesson plans focusing on real-world vocabulary and grammar.
• Foster an immersive environment by practicing Spanish with students and staff.
• Track and report student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Adjust teaching strategies to meet diverse proficiency levels and learning styles.

Candidate Requirements

• Native-level English proficiency with strong conversational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for teaching adult learners and facilitating conversational English.
• Availability Monday to Friday, 10:30–14:30 and 17:30–21:30, with schedule flexibility.
• Enrollment in or recent graduate of a Bachelor’s program in Education, Linguistics, or related field.
• Basic Spanish (A2/B1) to support daily immersion activities.
• Eligibility to work in Spain for the duration of the internship.
