This multi-disciplinary role will give you the opportunity to rotate through various departments, gaining experience in the following areas:

• Reception: Assist with guest check-in/check-out, concierge services, managing group arrivals, handling cash transactions, and providing commercial information to guests.

• Guest Relations: Focus on customer care, helping to create an exceptional guest experience and assisting with any issues or special requests.

• Marketing: Support the marketing team with proactive tasks, gaining sales experience and helping to create engaging content for the hotel’s promotions.

• Food & Beverage: Contribute to the F&B operations, managing concession stands, providing support in catering, overseeing the POS system, managing inventory, assisting with staff scheduling, and providing financial support for the department.

By the end of this internship, you will have developed a well-rounded understanding of hotel operations, from front-office management to food and beverage service, and enhanced your ability to manage various aspects of a luxury hotel. You’ll gain invaluable customer service experience and refine your organizational skills, preparing you for a successful career in the hospitality industry.

This internship also offers a monthly stipend of 450€, with food included, making your stay in Marbella comfortable and convenient.

Requirements:

• You are a hospitality student with a strong interest in gaining experience in the hospitality industry.

• For Reception and Guest Relations roles, a B2 level of Spanish is required.

• For Guest Relations, advanced English is necessary to communicate effectively with international guests.

• A good level of English is required for Marketing tasks.

• Proactivity and some sales experience will be beneficial, especially in Marketing.
