Role Overview

As a Hospitality Intern, you will actively support daily hotel operations, interact with international guests, and assist in creating memorable experiences. This role is perfect for students and recent graduates seeking practical experience in hotel management, guest services, and the tourism sector along the beautiful Mediterranean coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Support front desk operations, including reservations, inquiries, and concierge services.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and food & beverage teams to maintain high-quality service standards.
• Contribute to daily operations and problem-solving to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Engage with international guests in English and other languages, promoting excellent communication skills.
• Participate in special events and activities, gaining exposure to hotel event planning and management.

Candidate Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Hospitality, Tourism, or Business program.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus (Spanish, French, German).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Motivated to learn about hotel operations, guest services, and tourism management.
• Flexible availability during peak seasons, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous hospitality experience is a bonus but not required.
