1. General Information

The Spain Internship Program is operated by The Student Mobility SLU, owner of the brands Spain Internship and Piktalent. The company manages non-labour internship opportunities in Spain and other educational mobility-related services.

The term Participant (also referred to as “Candidate”, “Student”, “Graduate”, “Professional”, or “User”) means a physical person seeking non-labour internships or related educational, professional orientation, or training services through The Student Mobility SLU’s platforms.

All internships are non-labour, for educational purposes only, and often linked to programmes such as Erasmus+. The Student Mobility SLU acts solely as an intermediary between participants and host companies, institutions, or universities.

The Student Mobility SLU does not:

  • Provide employment or job offers.

  • Act as an employment agency or subcontractor.

  • Issue internship agreements or official documentation.

  • Guarantee specific placements, remuneration, or employment outcomes.

All information provided on our websites is purely informative and non-binding.

We reserve the right to modify, without prior notice, the design, presentation, configuration, content, and services of our websites, and to add or remove services at our discretion.

2. Purpose of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions regulate access to and use of our websites and services by Participants. By registering, creating an account, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in their latest published version.

We may remove any illegal or allegedly illegal content from our websites without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

Participants must:

  1. Be at least 18 years old to participate in internships (minimum 16 years old to provide personal data in compliance with Spanish law).

  2. Be legally entitled to undertake internships in Spain (including holding a valid visa where required).

  3. Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.

  4. Guarantee the authenticity and accuracy of all data provided.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel applications that do not meet these requirements.

4. Registration & Account

Most services require registration and the creation of a personal account.

  • You must select a unique login and password, keep them secure, and use them diligently.

  • You are responsible for all activities carried out under your account.

  • All information provided must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.

  • Providing false, misleading, or outdated information may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Services Provided

Our services include:

  • Facilitating connections between Participants and Spanish companies/institutions offering non-labour internships.

  • Assistance with administrative matters such as internship contracts (through the participant’s educational institution), visa documentation, and related processes.

  • Optional premium services such as accommodation, health insurance, and personalised assistance.

Limitations:

  • We do not issue internship agreements directly; these must be provided by your educational institution or relevant authority.

  • Vacancies listed may be standard non-labour internship positions, which may or may not have been available previously.

  • We do not guarantee employment, remuneration, or specific outcomes.

6. Participant Obligations

Participants agree to:

  • Use the websites and services lawfully, respectfully, and by these Terms & Conditions.

  • Comply with host companies’ or institutions’ rules and requirements.

  • Avoid overloading, damaging, or impairing our systems, including the use of bots, scripts, crawlers, or unauthorised copying of content.

  • Not reproduce, distribute, or publicly communicate any website content without prior written consent.

Prohibited Conduct Includes:

  • Uploading or sharing illegal, offensive, defamatory, pornographic, or copyright-infringing content.

  • Advertising prohibited products or services.

  • Attempting to hack, disable, or disrupt services.

  • Spreading viruses or other harmful code.

  • Engaging in pyramid schemes or unlawful solicitation.

All intellectual and industrial property rights over website content (texts, designs, graphics, images, logos, databases, audio, structure, trademarks) are owned by The Student Mobility SLU or authorised third parties.

Reproduction, adaptation, translation, modification, public communication, or any other exploitation of content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. Infringements may result in civil or criminal legal action.

Content on our websites, including templates and internship listings, is exclusively informational.

8. Fees and Payments

Some services are free; premium services require payment.

10. Privacy & Data Protection
