Role Overview
As a Part-Time English Teacher Intern at our School, you’ll deliver engaging, interactive English lessons to small groups of adult learners. You’ll gain hands-on experience designing lesson plans, leading discussions, and coaching students on pronunciation and fluency in Spanish cultural contexts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver conversational English lessons tailored to adult learners in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, or Seville.
- Create interactive activities—role-plays, discussions, and multimedia exercises—that boost speaking confidence and real-world application.
- Provide constructive feedback on pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary in one-on-one and group settings.
- Monitor learner progress with formative assessments and adjust lesson materials to student needs.
- Collaborate with mentor teachers and academic coordinators to refine teaching techniques and curriculum content.
- Support administrative tasks: attendance tracking, material preparation, and classroom setup.
Candidate Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in English with clear conversational and presentation skills.
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a degree in Education, Linguistics, TESOL, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and passion for adult education in multicultural environments.
- Excellent organizational skills and adaptability to different teaching contexts across Spain.
- Basic knowledge of Spanish (A2 level or higher) to facilitate classroom management and student support.
- Availability for at least 10–15 hours per week during evenings or weekends.
- Comfortable using digital teaching tools (Zoom, Google Classroom) and multimedia resources.

After completing this part-time English teacher internship in Spain, you will have:
