Role Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our web development team. This paid internship provides a hands-on opportunity to dive into the world of web development, WordPress, and digital marketing. You will gain real-world experience while contributing to exciting projects for renowned brands. As part of your role, you’ll support web development tasks, optimize websites for performance, and enhance user experiences across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of websites using PHP and WordPress.
- Work on web design elements including CSS, HTML5, and PHP programming.
- Perform on-site SEO optimization to improve search engine rankings.
- Install and configure WordPress plugins for enhanced functionality.
- Assist in the integration of digital tools like PrestaShop, CMS, and Mailchimp.
- Collaborate with the team to improve overall web SEO performance.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficiency in **English or Spanish** (both are acceptable).
- Strong knowledge of **WordPress** and **PHP** programming.
- Experience with **Web App development**, **PrestaShop**, **CMS**, and **HTML/CSS**.
- Familiarity with **Mailchimp** for email marketing and automation.
- A portfolio showcasing your previous work is highly desirable.
- Experience in **SEO optimization** for web performance will be considered an asset.
- A passion for learning and developing new skills in web development and digital marketing.
