Role Overview
This Paid Remote Sports Marketing & Player Relations Internship offers an immersive experience in the football industry from Madrid. You will play a central role in coordinating player trials, crafting compelling social media content, and building strategic relationships with football clubs and athletes globally. This is a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in sports marketing, sales, and business operations, with exposure to international networking and professional football logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage logistics for player trials and club interactions, ensuring smooth operations and professional communication.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms to promote players, events, and club activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with football clubs, players, and industry stakeholders.
- Assist in player scouting, database management, and talent tracking for international opportunities.
- Support sales and marketing campaigns to increase visibility for clubs and players globally.
- Participate in calls, virtual meetings, and occasional travel to meet with clubs and key partners.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Available for a 6-month full-time remote internship (40 hours per week).
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable with database management, sales follow-ups, and client communication.
- Outgoing and confident in making calls and building professional relationships.

- Open to occasional travel within Spain or Europe to support player showcases and club meetings.
