Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic interns to join our hostel reception team. As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in creating welcoming experiences for guests, handling bookings, assisting with translations, and supervising cleaning staff. This internship offers practical experience in hospitality operations and allows you to develop your professional skills in a vibrant tourist hub.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to hostel guests, assisting with inquiries and resolving any issues efficiently.
- Manage booking systems, process reservations, and maintain accurate records of guest stays.
- Translate communications and documents between English and Spanish to facilitate smooth operations.
- Supervise cleaning staff to ensure the hostel remains welcoming, hygienic, and organized.
- Assist in day-to-day operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest orientation.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluent in English with a good command of Spanish to support daily communication.
